I almost cancelled this month's subscription because I was thinking it's the holidays and I have family coming so I'm going to need to budget more for groceries and sightseeing and RESTAURANTS! But by the time I had decided to cancel my order had already shipped…hmmm oops. :) When my box arrived and I opened the tissue paper between me and these amazing polishes, I gasped with excitement. I really did. Those GLITTERS! You all should know how much I love the Julep formula; two coats in most cases you're good to go. One coat with many of the cremes will do the trick. I was even more excited when I saw my little extra goodies in the box this time. I had some really cute hair ties and a coupon for 40% off my next order. HELLO CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!!!! Additionally, within about a day or so of receiving my order, I received an email for a free polish…no catch, no gimmicks…just a free polish of my choice. So I headed right over to the website and picked a polish that I plan to give as a gift thinking that I'd have to at least pay shipping. NOPE! I LOVE this company and I'm not just saying that, they really care about their customers. If you're interested in becoming a maven yourself click here.
So let's get into the goodies, shall we?
Evelyn is a deep magenta-purple creme. I like this one because I had nothing like it which is unusual for someone with over 200 polishes. I decided to play around with some taped nail art and paired Evelyn with Andrea to create this design.
All in all the collection was awesome and I'm really glad I upgraded this month. For the price it wasn't bad, I think I paid $45 for the whole kit 'n caboodle. That's about $5 per polish which is less than OPI and China Glaze. I hope you enjoyed these swatches and have found something that inspires you. Let me know in the comments section below if you pick up any of these polishes.
